Privacy Policy
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, departing city, number of travellers, passport country, and any notes you add.
- What you send us directly by WhatsApp or email while we plan your trip. To issue tickets and hotel reservations we also need full passport details; you send those to us directly, never through a public form on this website.
- Payment confirmations. If you pay by card, Stripe processes the payment and tells us the amount, the name and the result. We never receive or store your card number.
How the forms work
The enquiry forms on this website do not store anything on a server of ours. When you submit one, your browser opens WhatsApp with the message pre-filled, and the conversation lives in WhatsApp and in our email. We keep nothing you did not send us.
Why we use it, and who else sees it
We use your information for one purpose: to quote, book and run your trip, and to answer you afterwards. To do that we pass the necessary details to the suppliers your trip requires — hotels, airlines, transfer and guide operators — and, for Hajj and Umrah, to the Saudi Nusuk system and the authorised providers it requires. Payments are handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept for as long as US tax and accounting rules require. Enquiries that never became a booking are deleted when they are no longer useful. You may ask us to delete your data at any time; if a booking has already happened, we keep only what the law requires us to keep.
Your choices
Write to atuftravel@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to ask for a copy, or to ask us to delete it. We answer within a few days.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the site is served through Cloudflare; both receive your IP address as a normal part of delivering the page.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Card payments happen entirely on Stripe's systems. Passport documents you send us are kept only as long as the booking requires and are not published or shared beyond the suppliers and authorities your trip needs.
